Tradewind is seeking a hands-on leader to combine frontline practice with team coaching, operational oversight and performance support to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people and families. You’ll lead quality and safety, client voice, and robust partnerships across the sector.
You will manage intake, coach staff, and build systems to track throughput and outcomes while ensuring compliance and evidence-based practice. Travel and field presence are expected.
