Grocery 2IC (Full-Time)

Support the Grocery Manager in leading a high-performing team while delivering exceptional merchandising standards, stock availability, and customer service.

Bakery Supervisor (Full-Time)

Lead our Bakery team by coordinating daily production, maintaining quality standards, supporting team development, and ensuring a well-presented, customer-focused department.

What You'll Be Doing

Grocery 2IC

- Support the Grocery Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department

- Coach and develop team members

- Maintain excellent merchandising standards and stock availability

- Drive department standards, presentation, and operational excellence

- Assist with rostering, stock control, and team performance

Bakery Supervisor





- Support the Bakery Manager with daily department operations

- Lead and develop a productive, customer-focused team

- Coordinate production schedules and product availability

- Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation standards

- Drive efficiency, teamwork, and exceptional customer service

You'll Bring

- Previous supermarket, bakery, or retail leadership experience

- Strong communication and people leadership skills

- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- A passion for customer service and team success
