We're seeking an experienced and confident Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. If you have previous experience working within Accor properties, strong Opera knowledge, and enjoy working independently while delivering exceptional guest service, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming and memorable.

This role operates across a 24/7 roster, so flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience working within an Accor hotel environment
- Solid working knowledge of Opera PMS




- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- A positive, professional and reliable approach
- Availability to commence immediately is preferred
