We are seeking a student enrolled in a health degree with at least 2 years available before graduation.

Casual medical receptionist

1-2 days per week plus holiday relieving

We currently need Tuesday and Friday but understand it will change at end of year

Brisbane CBD

Training provided

We need you to include a customised cover letter outlining

- Which course you are doing and when you would be graduating

- When you would be available to start should you be successful

- What days you are likely to be available

- Confirming you have had at least 3 doses of COVID vaccine

- Confirming you are prepared to have influenza vaccine yearly

About the role

Relevant award is Health Professionals and Support Services 2020 pay level 2 to 3.

Daily tasks include

- Filing

- Greeting patients, answering phones & billing

- Errands

- Answering email enquiries

- Assisting with opening and closing clinic checklists





- Protecting patient confidentiality

Successful applicant will need the following:
- Attention to detail

- Ability to work in a team

- Ability to multitask when required

- Commitment to first class customer service

- Must be an Australian permanent resident

A uniform is provided. No free parking is available but clinic is close to central train station. There is no capacity to work from home.
