At Thriving Communities Foundation (TCF), we work to reshape essential services so they uphold dignity, respond early and enable people to access support when and how they need it. We bring together businesses, government, community organisations and people with lived experience to strengthen how systems respond to people experiencing vulnerability. We are seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused Partnership Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, coordinating activities, and contributing to meaningful social change. ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the GM Partnerships and Operations, the Partnership Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of partnership activities across our network of corporate, community and government stakeholders. You will help ensure our partners are engaged, supported, informed and connected through effective coordination, administration and communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being organised, enjoys stakeholder engagement and wants to contribute to a values-driven organisation making a genuine difference. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will:
Coordinate meetings, workshops, onboarding activities and stakeholder engagement events.
Prepare agendas, presentations, workshop materials and meeting documentation.
Support partner communications and relationship management activities.
Maintain accurate records, databases and engagement tracking systems.
Assist with reporting, briefing papers, summaries and follow-up communications.
Provide administrative and operational support to partnership initiatives and organisational priorities.
ABOUT YOU
You will bring
Experience in coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement or a similar support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Confidence working across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Experience in, or a genuine interest in, the community and not-for-profit sector.
