About the Role

As a Parts Person, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts to keep equipment operating at its best.

Key responsibilities include

Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiries

Identifying and supplying parts for John Deere and related equipment

Processing parts sales, customer orders, and invoices

Receiving, checking, storing, and maintaining inventory

Picking and dispatching parts for customers and other branches

Maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records





Supporting stock control and inventory management activities

Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient Parts Department

What You'll Bring

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

Confidence using computers and learning new systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
