ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Narangba 4504, Caboolture 4510

Employment Type: Full-Time (84 hours per fortnight)

Overtime Opportunities Available

Hours: 18:00 - 06:00 permanent

Pay: 30% night loading on top of SSIA Award Rate Level 2, automatic OT every hour over 76 hours

Roster: 5/2 roster,

Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun Week 2 - Wed, Thurs

Or vice versa

Wilson Security has signed a contract with Moreton Bay City Council which is a dedicated service assisting the council with locking and unlocking property and ensuring buildings and assets are secure and damage free at night. This contract has created new roles within our Moreton Bay team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for the community.





These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team. Wilson offers career growth plans to those who prove themselves and excel in the work environment in which they are placed.

Job Overview

Your shift will include conducting security patrols across multiple sites, responding to alarm activations, providing customer service to building occupants, and coordinating with our operations centre. You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring our clients' properties remain safe and secure throughout your shift.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing visual and physical checks of properties

De-escalation situations while maintaining site safety and security

Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults via reporting systems

Time Management for responding to alarms

Customer service support to tenants, facilities management and the general public

Responding to incidents and coordinating with fellow officers when required

- Completing detailed incident reports

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong customer service skills

Excellent time management abilities

Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work well in a team or autonomously

Ability to work rotating roster (nights and weekends)

Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights

Demonstrated ability to prepare and write clear,



detailed reports

Physical fitness to walk and stand for extended periods

Valid QLD Security License

Valid Driver's License (Must be Australian)

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

HIGHLY DESIRABLE (Not Required)

Crowd Control endorsement

Previous security or patrol experience

- Willingness to support and step up into other roles as career growth and leadership opportunities become available
