We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Australian payments networks and schemes. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing, documenting, and improving payment and settlement processes related to Direct Entry, NPP, BPAY, payment gateways, and switching systems. Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and document business and settlement processes within Australian payment networks and schemes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements across Direct Entry, NPP, BPAY, payment gateways, and switching platforms.





Conduct process walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement and create clear, detailed documentation.

Support the management and integration of card management systems and APIs across multiple payment products.

Translate complex payment system requirements into actionable business insights and specifications.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on payments solutions. Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Australian payment networks and schemes, including Direct Entry, NPP, BPAY, and payment gateways.

Experience documenting and optimizing settlement and business processes.

Familiarity with card management systems and API integration.

Proven ability to analyse complex payment systems and communicate findings effectively.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
