Payroll Analyst for a reputable organisation in Lower North Shore

Your recent company A well-established organisation operating in a fast-paced operational environment is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join the team immediately. Supporting the Payroll Manager, this role plays a key part in preparing and maintaining payroll data for a medium-volume weekly payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys working in a high-volume, team-focused environment.

Your new role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and maintaining payroll data for weekly payroll processing.
- Payroll data reconciliation
- Managing and updating employee timesheets through a time and attendance system.
- Processing approved leave requests, including annual and personal leave.
- Preparing payroll reports and raw payroll data for internal use.
- Updating daily KPI reporting and workforce rosters.
- Maintaining employee superannuation records.
- Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.




- Providing administrative support to the payroll function as required.

What you'll need to succeed

- Exposure to Micropay is ADVANTAGEOUS!
- Previous payroll experience within a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with time and attendance systems will be highly regarded.
