Enterprise Agreement based workforce. Reporting to the Payroll Operations Team Leader, this is a 12 month fixed term role where you’ll bring your proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and customer-first approach to a team that values precision, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your day will involve

Own the end-to-end processing of weekly wages payroll Be the first point of contact for payroll queries, delivering prompt, effective resolutions Manage employee lifecycle changes including transfers,



terminations and masterfile updates Maintain accurate time and attendance data across systems like Chris21 and Kronos Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation Ensure all payroll activities meet legislative requirements, internal policies and audit standards What are we looking for?

Proven payroll experience within a large, EA-driven, multi-site organisation Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements Ability to manage high-volume payroll in a fast-paced setting Experience with Chris21 and/or ichris or Kronos A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence What’s on offer?
