Payroll Coordinator | Immediate Start Available We’re currently looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join a busy and established team based in Henderson.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid end-to-end payroll experience who is confident working with Pronto and enjoys being part of a supportive, hands-on payroll team.

The Role

- Process payroll accurately and efficiently across a large workforce
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including timesheets, allowances, deductions and adjustments
- Ensure payroll is processed in line with relevant legislation and company policies
- Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate payroll records and assist with reporting and reconciliations
- Work closely with HR, Finance and other internal teams
- Assist with ongoing payroll improvements and projects where required

About You




- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer / Payroll Coordinator position
- Robust end-to-end payroll knowledge
- Pronto experience is highly desirable
- Good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Able to work effectively in a busy environment
