About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our agile P&C; team.

The P&C; Business Partner is a true generalist hands-on and strategic focused member of the P&C; team. You will be joining a small team of passionate People and Culture professionals, supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle (Talent, Operations, and Learning & Development).

As a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will lead the management of employee relations matters while partnering with the business to implement People & Culture strategies that support organisational objectives.



The role is responsible for providing practical and commercially focused advice, driving employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to the development of solutions that optimise performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of operational objectives and provide expert advice on people management decisions.
- Coach and support the business’s departmental heads in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations.
- Support the delivery of P&C; projects ensuring organisational change initiatives are properly communicated.
- Lead and manage employee relations casework, ensuring matters are handled fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company policies, employment legislation, and best practice.
