The Opportunity

We're seeking a People & Payroll Coordinator to join our collaborative Group People & Culture team in Sydney CBD. This part-time opportunity (3 days per week or equivalent flexible arrangement) offers a unique chance to gain exposure across both HR Operations and Payroll while working alongside experienced People leaders in a large, multi-brand organisation.

Initially offered as a 12-month contract,



this role provides valuable exposure to the full employee lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of businesses, with the potential for extension or permanency.

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you'll be a key member of a high-performing team responsible for delivering outstanding people experiences from hire to retire. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, develop hands-on expertise in people processes and systems, and build the foundations for a rewarding career in People & Culture.
