We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to provide high-level support across property, finance and personal administration. This is a varied and high-trust role suited to someone who enjoys being a trusted right-hand support, can manage competing priorities with confidence, and brings strong attention to detail, discretion and initiative.
The successful candidate will support across a range of personal and business-related tasks, helping create structure, efficiency and smooth coordination across the client’s day-to-day priorities.
Examples of Key Responsibilities:
Property Management & Development Administration
- Support with managing a portfolio of rental properties, including communication with tenants and agents
- Liaise with councils, town planners, builders and other stakeholders regarding property development applications
- Source quotes for renovations and maintenance as required
Finance Administration
- Payment of personal and commercial invoices
- Work with the bookkeeper/accountant on finances and compliance across multiple entities
- Maintain accurate records and handle financial information with a high level of care and confidentiality
Personal & Family Administration
- Manage email inboxes, calendars and general administration
- Coordinate children’s activities and related administration
- Assist with personal administration and ad hoc tasks as required
About You The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a personal Assistant, executive Assistant or similar support role
- Relevant experience or knowledge across property administration, property management or property development coordination
- Relevant finance administration experience, including experience using Xero
- Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability
- High level of discretion and confidence handling confidential information
- A current driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Currumbin Waters
Additional Requirements
This is a high-trust role involving access to personal, commercial and financial information. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police Check and sign a Binding Non-Disclosure Deed.
