About The Chance

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly at our Templestowe facility.

Our Personal Care Workers provide respectful,



person-centred support that recognises each individual’s culture, identity, values and personal preferences. You will support residents and clients to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing, whether they live in one of our residential facilities or receive care in their own home.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds who share our commitment to providing inclusive, culturally responsive and high-quality care. The ability to speak Greek or an understanding of Greek culture would be highly regarded.

The Day-to-day Responsibilities

- Providing personal care to our elderly
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Mobility assistance
- Assistance with eating and drinking
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
- Observing the conditions of our elderly and reporting any concerns
