Trainee Pest Control Technicians

About the Role You’ll deliver high-quality pest management services across residential& preconstruction sectors including:

- Conducting thorough inspections and carrying out effective treatments
- Identifying pest issues and providing informed, practical solutions
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Representing the Flick brand with professionalism, integrity, and pride

Trainees are fully supported through every stage of their training and licensing.

About You

We’re open to

✔ Trainee Technicians (no experience required – training and licence included)

✔ Licensed Pest Technicians

You’ll ideally have

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current valid driver’s licence
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Pest Management Licence (for licensed/Timber Pest Inspector roles)
