Harbour Rocks Hotel is entering a bold new chapter! Our heritage-listed boutique hotel in the heart of The Rocks has been thoughtfully reimagined through a full refurbishment blending historic character with elevated comfort, warm design, and a more refined guest experience throughout.

We're looking for a passionate Part-time F&B; Supervisor to join our re-opening team — someone who doesn't just deliver service, but makes moments that guests carry with them long after checkout. If you're the kind of person who finds genuine joy in making someone's day, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead service from the floor with energy and confidence, setting the pace and leading by example
- Bring genuine food, wine and beverage knowledge, offering personalised (not scripted) recommendations
- Build authentic connections with guests, anticipate their needs and handle feedback professionally
- Coach and motivate the team, lead pre-service briefings, and foster strong Front of House/Kitchen collaboration




- Keep every service running smoothly, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety
- Stay calm under pressure and take ownership of tasks through to completion
- Understand how service quality, labour management and beverage sales drive venue success, and proactively look for ways to improve both

What You’ll Bring

- Previousexperiencein a F&B; role working in hotels,bars, or restaurants.
- Experience managing and training teams, drivera solid teamculture and driving a great guest experience.
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
- Warm,friendlyand approachable manor.
- Great communicationskills, flexibility and approachable.
- Be able toanticipatethe guestsneedsand be adaptable.
