The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior Foreman to join a supportive team and develop their career in high-end residential construction. Working closely with an experienced Construction Manager and Project Coordinator, you'll receive ongoing mentoring while gaining hands‑on experience delivering bespoke architectural homes. You'll play an key role in maintaining quality, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard

Responsibilities:

- Report to the Project Coordinator
- Maintain strict quality control while building to set timeframes
- Undertake company checklist at each stage with subcontractor




- Oversee all test & witness points to ensure quality outcome

About you:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritizing skills
- Understand and manage sequencing of works

To secure this role you will require the following experience and personal attributes:

- Proven experience in high-end residential construction – min 5 years
- Strong carpentry skills, including experience cutting in roofs
- Confidence reading plans, managing construction sequencing, and delivering a high standard of workmanship
- A genuine passion for carpentry and quality craftsmanship
- A current driver's licence and your own vehicle
- Based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs
