About the Role

Reporting to theDuty Manager, you'll be the friendly face of our gaming room and food andbeverage venues — delivering genuine hospitality, keeping guests safe andentertained, and helping create experiences that tell a story.

Day to day you'll be:

- Welcoming guests to our gaming room and food andbeverage venues with genuine, friendly service
- Operating and maintaining gaming machines, TABand Keno terminals to a high standard
- Championing responsible gambling, spotting signsof harm and acting in line with our RSG obligations
- Handling cash, processing payouts andreconciling tills accurately




- Checking ID and monitoring the venue forcompliance with liquor and gaming regulations
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to ahigh standard across our pub and restaurants
- Taking orders and providing attentive table andbar service that keeps guests coming back
- Building genuine relationships with regulars andmaking every guest feel like part of the family
- Keeping the gaming room and food and beverageareas clean, well-presented and welcoming

What We're Looking For

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) andRSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) competency cards
- Experience in gaming, food and beverage, orhospitality
- Confidence handling cash and operatinggaming/EGM or POS systems
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guestservice
- A team player who takes direction well andbrings a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts includingnights, weekends, and public holidays
