Inner West Pest Control is an established and growing pest management business servicing Sydney’s Inner West and surrounding suburbs.

Since 2017, we have built a loyal residential and commercial client base through quality work, clear advice and reliable customer service.

Most of our work is concentrated within the Inner West and nearby areas. This means less unnecessary travel across Sydney and more time focused on completing quality work.

We are looking for an experienced Termite Technician to support and help lead our termite division.

This opportunity may suit an existing team leader.

It may also suit a highly capable Termite Technician who is ready to take the next step in their career.

About You

You will be reliable, practical and committed to providing high-quality service.

You will also have

· A current NSW driver licence.

· Full Australian working rights.

· Good written and spoken English.

· Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with clients.

· A willingness to learn, follow procedures and accept constructive feedback.

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good attention to detail and pride in completing every job properly.

· The physical ability to work in roof voids, subfloors and other confined areas.

· The flexibility to work rostered Saturdays during our busy season.

Qualified applicants should hold a current NSW Pest Management Technician licence.

Timber pest qualifications and experience with termite inspections, baiting systems and termite management will be highly regarded.

Previous pest control experience is not essential for trainee applicants. Attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn are most important.

About The Role

Working across residential and commercial properties throughout Sydney’s Inner West and surrounding areas, the role includes:





· Inspecting properties and identifying pest problems.

· Providing clear and practical advice to clients.

· Carrying out secure and effective pest treatments.

· Completing general pest, rodent and cockroach services.

· Recording accurate job notes and treatment information.

· Preparing clear reports and recommendations.

· Managing your equipment, stock and company vehicle.

· Representing Inner West Pest Control professionally in every client’s home or business.

· Working with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualified technicians will manage their own daily workload.

Trainees will receive structured training, supervision and practical experience while working towards the required industry qualifications and licence.
