About the team The Planning and Resourcing team sits within Customer Service and Technology and plays a vital role in ensuring AICD's education programs, leadership events and member experiences are delivered seamlessly across Australia. Working closely with Education, Events, Policy and Customer Service Delivery teams, the team coordinates people, venues and resources to support exceptional outcomes for members and clients.

About the role Behind every successful course, event and member experience is a great plan. As Planning and Resourcing Partner, you will help bring AICD's national education and events calendar to life through effective scheduling, rostering and resource coordination. Working across multiple teams and delivery channels, you will ensure the right people, venues and resources are in place to support high-quality program delivery.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships and continuously improving processes.

Your Remit Will Be Broad And

Will Include Coordinating the scheduling of national courses, programs and events. Managing rostering and resource allocation for the Customer Service Delivery team. Sourcing and coordinating external venues where required.

Monitoring schedules and identifying potential resourcing or delivery risks. Supporting forecasting and planning activities to optimise resource utilisation.



Maintaining visibility of schedules, rosters and calendars across stakeholder groups.

Building strong relationships with internal teams to understand and plan resource needs. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency and customer outcomes. Assisting with compliance, reporting and operational process improvements.

Desired Skills And Experience

What you bring to the role You are an organised and collaborative professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. You combine strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset and are comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders. You will champion the AICD “ OneTeam ” approach and values of: Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Collaboration .

In addition, you will also have the following: Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, rostering or resource coordination. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively.

Experience working with business systems, customer relationship management platforms and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational and project coordination skills. A continuous improvement mindset and interest in improving processes and ways of working.
