Executive Support Team for just under 12 months. Working as part of our collaborative team, your role will focus on coordination of advice, submissions,
meeting papers, and correspondence within tight timeframes. This is an exciting opportunity to work right at the centre of our workflow as a
Division, reporting to the Executive Officer, working closely with each of our three Branches, as well as coordinating responses with the Ministerial Services
Branch, and the Office of the Deputy Secretary.
About You
You are an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working with others,
managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes. You bring strong analytical skills, sound judgement and the ability to quickly assess information, identify key issues and prepare explicit advice, briefings,
correspondence and executive materials. You enjoy working as part of a team, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where priorities can shift quickly. Key knowledge and experience Understanding of the machinery of Government and the policy process, or demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge quickly.
