Crown Lands is seeking strategic, collaborative and outcomes-focused Policy and

Project Officers to help deliver projects that strengthen the management of

Crown reserves across NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic workplace, building relationships across diverse teams and are motivated to deliver initiatives that transform policy into practical support for our Crown land manager network. As a Policy and Project Officer in the Programs and Partnerships Directorate,

you will play a key role in the development and implementation of a diverse range of projects, programs and initiatives that support governance and oversight across Crown reserves. Drawing on your research, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, you will help inform decision-making, develop practical solutions and deliver meaningful outcomes for Crown land managers and the communities they serve. Experience delivering strategic projects, programs or initiatives while managing competing priorities and meeting agreed timeframes.

Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret legislation, identify solutions and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
