About the Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our growing team, working independently out in the field from our Cheltenham base.

You’ll be provided with full training and support, so experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Regular pool and spa cleaning and servicing

- On-site water testing and chemical balancing

- Installation, maintenance and basic repairs of pool and spa equipment

- Troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment and water quality issues

- Identifying and pursuing additional product/service sales opportunities

- Providing friendly, professional service to residential and commercial customers

About You – Must Haves

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly manner

- Good problem-solving and time management skills





- Able to work independently on site and take pride in your work and presentation

- Physically capable of manual outdoor work in all weather

- Current driver’s licence

- Full work rights in Australia

Nice to have (preferred, not essential):

- Experience in the pool and spa industry or similar field service role
