Join a fast-paced PR, social & creator agency on the Central Coast

The Connect Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a talented PR Account Executive or Account Manager to join our team in Terrigal. The level of the role will depend on your experience, what matters most to us is finding the right person.

We’re an independent PR, talent and creative communications agency working with some of Australia’s most recognised entertainment, lifestyle and consumer brands. Our work spans PR, social media, creator and events.

We’re looking for someone who loves the pace and variety of agency life, has strong PR foundations, and has a particular interest or experience in social media, influencer and creator-led campaigns.

The role

Depending on your experience, you’ll work across a portfolio of exciting consumer and entertainment clients, helping deliver integrated campaigns from idea through to execution.

Your day could include

- Developing media angles and pitching stories to journalists
- Building and maintaining strong media relationships
- Identifying creators and influencers for brand campaigns
- Managing creator outreach, briefs, content, approvals and campaign deliverables
- Supporting or managing social media campaigns and content
- Writing media releases, pitches, briefing documents and client materials
- Helping develop creative PR and campaign ideas
- Coordinating launches, events, activations and brand experiences
- Managing timelines, reporting and campaign administration
- Keeping across media, social, creator and cultural trends
- Working closely with clients and the wider Connect team to deliver brilliant work

For a more experienced Account Manager, the role will also include greater responsibility for client relationships, campaign strategy, budgets, team leadership and mentoring junior team members.

About you





You may currently be an Account Executive ready for your next move, or an established Account Manager looking for a new opportunity closer to home. We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- PR or communications experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience or a genuine passion for social media, influencers and creator marketing
- A good understanding of the Australian media and social landscape
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- You see what needs doing and get moving
- Curiosity and an interest in brands, entertainment, creators and culture
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider team
