At Watch Us Grow, we believe every child deserves a warm, safe, and inspiring place to learn and grow. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable Casual Early Childhood Educators to join our friendly team and help bring our program to life.
We are a child protected organisation committed to protecting children and young people from harm. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, an understanding of child protection law and mandatory reporting obligations and the capacity to uphold child-protected practices at all times.
About the Role
We're building a pool of casual educators to support our permanent team across rooms and age groups, with shifts offered flexibly based on your availability. This is a great prospect if you're looking for work that fits around study, family or other commitments — while still making a genuine difference in children's early years.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Helping maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Working alongside our permanent educators across different rooms as needed
- Contributing to daily routines,
documentation and centre life
About You
We welcome applicants at all qualification levels — from those currently studying towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, through to qualified Early Childhood Teachers. What matters most is your genuine love for working with children and your reliability.
You'll need:
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Flexibility and availability across some or all weekdays
- Any level of ECEC qualification, or currently studying towards one — full support and guidance provided
