EarthLight in Forrestdale, WA seeks a Customer Experience Manager to own the customer journey end-to-end, define SLAs, and scale the CX function across sites. You will own outcome metrics, onboarding, warranty, and customer communications, while building repeatable processes and dashboards.

You will lead service operations, coordinate technicians, and champion data-driven improvements, with a robust focus on B2B relationships and long-term customer success.
