Role Overview

As a MR Driver/Furniture Removalist, you’ll be responsible for delivering productive, careful, and professional moves for our customers. You’ll play a key role on-site, leading by example, supporting a young team, and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

- - Loading, unloading, and transporting furniture and household items with care
- - Wrapping and protecting items to prevent damage
- - Leading and guiding a young crew, setting the tone for productivity and teamwork
- - Ensuring trucks are clean, organised, and ready to go each day
- - Communicating clearly with customers to provide a smooth, stress-free experience
- - Working efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- - Maintaining equipment and following safe work practices




- - Bringing a positive attitude to site and contributing to team morale (a good sense of humour goes a long way here)

What We’re Looking For

- - Experience as a Furniture Removalist (essential)
- - MR Licence (highly regarded)
- -Able to step up, lead by example, and keep the team running smoothly - no ego, just a focus on getting the job done right.
- - Physically fit and comfortable with heavy, repetitive lifting
- - Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- - Takes direction well, keeps jobs running smoothly, and represents the business well.
- - Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused attitude

You’re someone who leads by example, keeps things organised, and takes pride in a clean truck and a well-run job. You know how to get the best out of a team, keep morale high, and bring the right energy to every move.
