As a family-owned business, we focus on providing the highest quality service and supplying scaffolding solutions that are designed to meet our customer's specific needs, servicing the housing construction industry throughout Greater Melbourne. This position involves:

Erecting and dismantling steel Kwikstage scaffolding, aluminum scaffold systems and other fall protection systems in the residential industry. To be part of this successful team you will: Be physically capable of performing the work on outdoor building sites in a manner that ensures the safety of you and everyone on site.

Be flexible in the hours that need to be worked to handle the volumes we undertake. Be able to motivate and Lead a team in a safe and efficient manner.



The successful applicant will:

Be self-motivated, self-reliant, trustworthy and reliable. Ensure promotion of a constant qualified image. Demonstrate a positive, "Can-Do" and “How Can I Help” attitude. Possess a high attention to detail and strong quality focus.

Understand the importance OH&S; policies and guidelines. Successful applicants must have the following as a minimum:

- Valid construction card
- Own vehicle Current drivers license Smart phone
- Scaffolding tools Own PPE Basic scaffold ticket
- Not essential but an advantage: Intermediate or advanced scaffold license First-aid certificate.
- Truck License. Forklift license. Minimum 1 year experience as a Leading hand
