The role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be solving complex, time-sensitive issues for our customers across property management, from renting and owning, to managing and servicing a property.
You’ll dive deep into both fintech and proptech, supporting a cutting‑edge platform that blends financial services with smart property management tools. Working closely with customers and cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Customer Success), you’ll become a platform expert and ensure issues are resolved with care and precision.

What You’ll Own
Advanced Case Management: Investigate and resolve technical issues across payments, property workflows, and account configuration.
Complex Configuration Tasks: Handle advanced setup scenarios with precision and an eye for user experience.
Incident Triage & Escalation: Assess risk and impact, then engage proactively for fast, effective resolution.
Customer Advocacy: Proactively surface insights, bugs and opportunities to improve the platform experience.

Ability to write/debug SQL scripts, querying/amending DB (preferred, not essential)
Your Experience
3–5 years in B2B/B2C application support, ideally within SaaS, fintech or proptech.
Qualification in IT, Systems, or related field (preferred).
Skilled in SQL, scripting, and data analysis (or eager to deepen this capability).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and app ecosystem workflows.
Experience with tools like Jira, Zendesk, or similar.
Bonus: knowledge of payment systems or experience in property management.
