Join the dedicated crew at Eureka Landscapes as a full-time Landscape Construction crew member based in Caloundra, QLD. In this hands‑on role, you will work under the direction of an experienced Foreman / Leading Hand to help deliver high-quality landscape construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Following instructions from the Foreman / Leading Hand to complete assigned landscape construction tasks

Reading and working from site plans and drawings

Assisting with site preparation, set-out, and installation of hardscape and softscape elements

Constructing retaining walls, pathways, garden beds, turf areas, and other landscaping features

Operating tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently

Carrying out planting, mulching, and other horticultural tasks as directed

Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised worksite in line with WHS requirements

Supporting other crew members to meet project deadlines and quality standards





What we're looking for

Previous experience in landscape construction or similar outdoor labouring work

Ability to read and interpret basic site plans (training can be provided)

Good understanding of safe work practices and use of tools/equipment

Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions

Strong crew work skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Construction White Card (required)
