In this role, you will drive the architectural vision, collaborating across engineering and product teams to deliver exceptional Human Resource solutions to our customers.

What you'll be doing… Lead the design of SaaS-based Human Resource solutions that prioritise scalability, performance, security, cost-efficiency, and compliance. Partner with Architects, Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to understand business requirements and transform them into technical designs for delivery. Develop a deep understanding of the TechnologyOne Human Resource product, identifying opportunities to enhance functionality, usability, performance, and customer experience.

Implement cloud-native architectural patterns and best practices, including microservices, serverless computing, containerisation, networking, and event-driven designs, to support Human Resource processes and capabilities. Champion secure development practices,



establish robust monitoring solutions, and contribute to disaster recovery strategies. Define coding standards, streamline delivery processes, and improve deployment automation to ensure product quality and timely releases.

Provide technical guidance to developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across teams. Explore and champion the practical application of AI and AI-assisted development across product and engineering teams, including the use of AI agents to improve product capabilities, accelerate delivery, and enhance customer outcomes, while maintaining appropriate governance, oversight, and accountability for AI-generated outputs. Your Talents… Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, including microservices, serverless computing, containerisation, networking, security, and event-driven designs. Demonstrated experience working with Human Resource, HR, Payroll, or enterprise people-management software, with an understanding of key HR processes and business requirements. Proficiency in C# and SQL, with additional experience in front-end technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks considered an advantage.

A strong ability to align technical solutions with business goals,



particularly within the Human Resource and enterprise software domains.

Experience working in agile environments and collaborating across diverse teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Basic knowledge of AI technologies and AI-assisted development, with evidence of regular use of AI tools in professional practice. A demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve solution design, engineering productivity, or customer outcomes is highly regarded. Relevant degree, qualifications, or equivalent industry experience.
