Your role
The Architecture Division is responsible for designing and overseeing the overall structure and design of AUSIEX’s technology systems. We ensure that all technology components work together efficiently and align with the company's long-term business goals.
This division sets the principles and guidelines for software development and infrastructure, helping to improve system performance, resilience, security, and scalability. Our work is crucial for maintaining a cohesive and robust technology environment that can support current operations and future growth.
This role is based in Sydney and will see you:
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Craft a compelling product vision aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain a product roadmap. Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and features. Ensure backlog items are transparent, actionable, and valuable.
- Requirements Analysis: Work with your stakeholders and gather requirements from customers, business leaders, and internal teams. Translate their ideas and requirements into an appropriate solution design and help your stakeholders to understand the resultant business model and end-to
