Company Description DENZA Northern Beaches is a new automotive retail business focused on delivering premium high-quality electric vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. Whilst our new state of the art showroom is under construction, we are looking for a Product Sales Specialist to join our new team. Denza is a luxury premium brand owned by BYD - it is a next-generation electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle brand that is redefining automotive luxury and technology.

This is not a traditional car sales role and you don't need dealership experience. This is about experience, education, and connection - guiding customers through the future of mobility.

Role Description This full-time Product Specialist role is an on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. Working from our soon to be completed Northern Beaches showroom as a Product Specialist, you will be the face of Denza helping customers understand, experience and ultimately choose the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You’ll combine deep product knowledge, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to create a seamless and premium journey from the first interaction through to purchase.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Supporting customers through their journey to purchase

· Delivering a world-class customer experience in-store and at events

· Showcasing Denza vehicles through engaging presentations and test drives

· Explaining EV and hybrid technology in a simple, compelling way

· Collaborating with management and finance teams to support sales opportunities

· Representing the Denza brand with professionalism and energy

· Continuously building your knowledge of EV technology and market trends What We’re Looking For

· Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

· Confidence in engaging customers and presenting premium products

· A proactive, team-focused attitude

· Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.

This is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional communication and people skills possibly from the customer service, retail or hospitality industry who is keen to be involved in launching this exciting current luxury automotive brand. And whilst an automotive background may be advantageous, we are looking to build a focussed team of like-minded enthusiastic individuals who will go above and beyond to provide the ultimate premium experience for our customers. And unlike some retail and hospitality workplaces, we are a 6 day per week operation with trading hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays with staff working a 5 day per week roster.
