About The Role

Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our Training Team reporting to Training Manager.



On offer is a Product Trainer position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

Training Delivery

- Facilitate training sessions (both face-to-face and virtual) for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge and technical information of vehicles.
- Adapt training methods to engage diverse learning styles and needs effectively. Conduct role-playing activities, workshops, and hands-on practice to reinforce learning.
- Break down complex technical details into practical knowledge that sales teams can confidently communicate to customers.
- Stay updated on BYD’s latest vehicle advancements, software updates, and technical features to ensure training remains current.

Training Content Implementation

- Support the roll-out of existing training materials developed by the Learning Designers and other team members.
