We are seeking an experienced safety and people-focused leader to join Load and Haul at Goonyella Riverside as a Production Prestrip Supervisor.





Reporting to the Load and Haul Superintendent, you will lead and support a team of frontline Operators to create a secure, inclusive, and high-performing work environment to deliver business outcomes. In this role, you will manage the circuit health of the autonomous haulage truck fleet, operation of electric shovels, excavators and associated ancillary equipment. Working a 7/7 day/night roster, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership capability, influence team culture, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a large world-class mining operation.
