As our Program Lead – Counselling Services, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of counselling and mental health services across Community and Mission. Combining clinical expertise with inspirational leadership, you'll support counsellors and students to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based counselling while continuing to provide therapeutic support to individuals, children, young people and families experiencing complex emotional needs.

- Lead and provide professional practice supervision to Counsellors and student placements.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing counselling team.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning and evidence‑based practice.
- Deliver therapeutic counselling services to individuals, children, young people and families experiencing complex emotional needs.
- Build strong referral pathways and partnerships with schools, churches, government and community organisations.
- Promote Counselling Services through community engagement, education and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor program quality, budgets, outcomes and funding requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organisational, qualified and legislative standards.
