At Westpac, we're building the technology foundations that power one of Australia's leading financial institutions. We're looking for an accomplished Program Manager to lead a critical Enterprise Testing program within our Technology Transformation portfolio.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-visibility technology program, partnering with senior stakeholders across Technology and Business teams to deliver strategic outcomes that enhance resilience, customer experience and operational excellence.

You will lead a large-scale testing and technology delivery program, driving end-to-end execution across multiple streams, vendors and stakeholder groups. You'll provide strong governance, financial oversight, integrated planning and risk management, ensuring successful program outcomes in a highly regulated workplace





Key responsibilities include:

- Leading complex enterprise testing and technology delivery programs

- Establishing governance, reporting and executive stakeholder engagement frameworks

- Managing scope, budget, resources, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams

- Driving integrated planning and quality assurance outcomes

- Ensuring testing strategies are effectively designed and executed

- Partnering with business, technology and external delivery partners to achieve strategic outcomes
