Your New Company A well-regarded architecture practice is looking for a Senior Project Architect to join its growing Sydney office. This is a key opportunity for an experienced registered Architect who can lead projects from concept design through to construction, while supporting a collaborative and close-knit team.

The practice works across meaningful public sector, education, sport and community projects, including schools, aquatic centres, sports pavilions, high-performance sporting facilities, libraries and community hubs. With a strong pipeline of recent project wins, the Sydney studio is continuing to grow in a considered and strategic way.

Your new role

- You will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with clients, consultants, Principals and internal project teams. Your role will include leading design and documentation phases, coordinating consultant inputs, preparing project updates, chairing stakeholder workshops where required and ensuring project deliverables are completed to a high standard.
- You will also play an important role through construction, including contract administration, responding to site issues, reviewing progress claims and variations, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with drawings,



specifications, the NCC and relevant Australian Standards.
- This role would suit a Senior Project Architect who enjoys being hands-on across project delivery, while also mentoring junior team members and helping maintain a strong design and documentation standard across the studio.

What you'll need to succeed

- Registration as an Architect with the relevant state Architects Registration Board
- Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience within a commercial architecture practice
- Robust Revit capability and experience producing documentation across all project stages
- Excellent construction knowledge, including the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
- Experience coordinating consultants, managing stakeholder communication and leading project delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and project teams
- A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to mentor junior team members and support a positive studio culture
