With a strong pipeline of ongoing work and a collaborative, team-focused culture, the business is continuing to grow and is now seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support their Project Management team.

What you’ll be doing
- Raising, sourcing, placing, and compiling purchase orders and subcontract agreements
- Sourcing project costs and negotiating with suppliers and contractors
- Placing orders in line with BOQs and project budgets
- Providing administration support to the Project Management team
- Creating site packs including OH&S; documentation
- Coordinating deliveries and scheduling works alongside Site Supervisors
- Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with freight coordination for inward and outward goods
- Participating in site meetings and supporting project operations as required
- Assisting with general office administration, reception duties, and client interaction
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, or similar role
- Understanding of residential and commercial construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documentation
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout all project stages
