We are seeking highly organized, analytical, and commercially minded professionals to join our team across Project Management and Corporate Strategy functions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor analysis, and business performance assessments.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business risks.
- Prepare business cases, strategic presentations, management reports, and executive-level materials.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and business performance reviews.




- Collaborate with departments including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Human Resources.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support organizational transformation initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support new market entry, expansion, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare regular project and strategy updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, action plans, and strategic initiative tracking.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial concepts, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,



and other business analysis or project management tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies or tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution mindset.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
