Leona Edmiston is an iconic Australian fashion brand celebrated for timeless silhouettes, beautiful heritage prints and effortless style for women who value quality and confidence. As the brand enters an exciting new phase of growth, we are seeking a commercially minded Graphic Designer.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Designer and Digital Marketing (E-commerce) manager to bring the Leona Edmiston brand to life across every customer touchpoint.

From campaign creative and social content to e-commerce, packaging, retail collateral and video, you’ll produce thoughtful, beautifully crafted work that reflects our premium aesthetic and strengthens our brand across every channel.

This is a broad, hands-on role within a growing Australian fashion business where creativity, collaboration and attention to detail are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Manage print development from concept through to production, ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency.

Liaise with overseas manufacturers to manage print quality, fabric standards and production timelines.

Review and approve strike-offs, checking colour, scale, fabric quality and overall print execution prior to bulk production.

Interpret creative briefs in collaboration with the Designer & Digital Marketing (E-commerce) manager to deliver engaging, on-brand creative.

Design and produce assets across website, e-commerce, EDMs, social media, digital advertising and retail channels.

Develop seasonal campaign creative across multiple customer touchpoints while maintaining a consistent premium brand aesthetic.

Retouch, edit and prepare imagery for both digital and print applications.

Produce engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other digital platforms, including editing, motion graphics and typography.

Utilise AI-powered creative tools, including Creatify AI and emerging technologies,



to support and enhance design development and creative processes.

Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure seasonal collections, colour palettes and product stories translate seamlessly into marketing creative.

Maintain and continually evolve Leona Edmiston’s visual identity across every customer touchpoint.

Organise and maintain digital asset libraries and file management systems.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality work on time.

About You

- 2+ years’ experience in Graphic design and E-commerce (fashion or lifestyle preferred) in an in-house design role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating beautifully crafted digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Robust video editing skills. Creating engaging social-first video content is an essential part of this role.
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Creatify AI or similar to improve workflow efficiency and creative exploration.
- A genuine passion for fashion, or lifestyle brands, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Experience preparing artwork for both digital and commercial print production.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a sharp eye for identifying even the smallest inconsistencies and ensuring a consistently high standard of quality.
