Our team are inviting, supportive and accommodative. This role will see you treat a wide range of patients with varying clinical presentations across neurological, cardiac, orthopaedic, cardiorespiratory, general and oncology streams. About the Role We're looking for Grade 2 Physiotherapists to join our Community Rehabilitation team.
We currently have the following opportunities available: 1 x Full time, ongoing 1 x Part-time, fixed-term until July 2027 (0.6 EFT | 45.6 hours per fortnight | 3 days per week). Based within the home and centre-based teams to support the Cranbourne and Pakenham Community Rehabilitation service. Suiting aspiring and experienced Grade 1 clinicians looking to step into a Grade 2 role, or a Grade 2 Physiotherapist wanting to build a skillset in Community Rehabilitation.
You will be working in a variety of specialisms including (but not limited to): Neurological, Orthopaedic, Cardiac, Pulmonary and General Rehabilitation. Working with a diverse range of clients, no two days will be the same!
You will work alongside our talented Physiotherapists as well as the wider interdisciplinary team. You will be offered all the guidance, support and training you need to progress. Working collaboratively with a fantastic group of people who are inclusive, passionate and share a vision to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families.

Enthusiasm for working in a multifaceted role Advanced clinical reasoning skills Ambition to grow your clinical skills and expand your knowledge Your proactive and team player attitude Your strong communication and interpersonal skills Mandatory requirements: Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Current drivers licence Relevant professional experience working with adults in a rehabilitation or community setting Minimum of two years professional experience Experience in Neurological and-or Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation (desired) Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (desired)
