Randstad is seeking an experienced Dementia Manager (Registered Nurse) to provide clinical leadership and operational management for a Memory Support Cottage in Canberra. You will lead the team, drive evidence-based dementia care, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered practice.

This role requires current AHPRA registration, at least five years of clinical dementia care, and solid leadership and quality-improvement skills.
