About the Role

Jetstream Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in a FIFO capacity, overseeing remote and regional project delivery. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.

As our operations continue to expand into remote and FIFO-based project work, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to play a key role in delivering successful outcomes and supporting long-term growth across our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical projects from initial planning through to completion and final handover in remote and FIFO environments
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and deadlines
- Manage project budgets, variations, progress claims, and overall financial performance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure effective communication and delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and required project documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with safety systems, quality standards, and all relevant legislation and regulations




- Provide leadership, direction, and support to site-based teams in remote locations
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, delays, and operational issues promptly
- Support estimating, procurement, mobilisation, and project planning activities as required

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in electrical project management within commercial, industrial, or remote/FIFO project environments
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, construction delivery, and contract administration
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational ability with proven experience managing multiple priorities in remote conditions
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project scheduling
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and compliance obligations
- Relevant electrical trade qualification and/or electrical licence (project management qualifications highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
