This is a 12 month engagement with options to extend, delivered within a secure government environment and reporting into senior executive and governance forums. Establish and maintain governance, reporting and assurance arrangements, briefing the Contract Manager and governance bodies at agreed intervals. Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, policies, industrial instruments and audit requirements.

Manage stakeholder engagement, communications and change management activities through to adoption.

Coordinate testing, validation and quality assurance activities to confirm remediation outcomes are accurate and sustainable.

Manage vendor and contractor performance against delivery obligations.

Experience

Certification or demonstrated experience in a recognised project management methodology, such as PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile.

Experience delivering payroll remediation or transformation projects, including data reconciliation and testing. Working knowledge of payroll systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Aurion, Chris21 or Workday. Understanding of payroll compliance, awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work requirements. Current AGSVA security clearance. Desirable

Experience managing vendor and contractor performance in a government or highly regulated setting.

Background preparing briefings and reporting for senior executive or governance forums.

Experience with change management and user enablement during payroll or systems transitions. Location and Working Arrangements
