Project Manager – Large Format Print & Installation

Due to continued growth and an increase in major project workflows, P.O.S Visual Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the central link between our clients, sales team, designers, production team and installation partners—keeping major print and installation projects moving smoothly from the initial brief through to completion.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the large-format printing, signage, visual merchandising or display industry who understand the practical requirements of managing complex print and installation projects.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage major print, signage, display and installation projects from handover through to completion
- Work closely with the sales team to confirm project scope, specifications, deadlines and client expectations
- Liaise daily with production, prepress and finishing teams to ensure jobs are properly communicated and scheduled
- Bring people together across departments to keep projects moving and priorities clear
- Coordinate external installers, suppliers, freight providers and subcontractors
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, installation programs and delivery timelines
- Monitor projects throughout production and proactively address potential delays or issues




- Coordinate site surveys, access requirements, inductions, installation documentation and permits
- Maintain clear, friendly and professional communication with clients
- Ensure artwork, production files, materials and installation information are available when required
- Check that completed projects meet quality, timing and budget expectations
- Conduct project debriefs and identify opportunities to improve future workflows
- Maintain accurate information within our internal production and job-management systems

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous project management or production coordination experience within the large-format print, signage, display, exhibition or visual merchandising industry
- A sound understanding of print production, finishing and installation processes
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong organisational, scheduling and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with clients, suppliers, installers and internal teams
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- The ability to remain calm and make practical decisions in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong computer skills and experience using job-management, scheduling or workflow software
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership
- A positive, team-focused approach and genuine willingness to help others
- A current Victorian driver licence

Experience coordinating multi-site rollouts, retail campaigns, vehicle graphics,



signage installations or national projects would be highly regarded.
