- Help shape and deliver programs that make a tangible difference to the conservation of NSW’s unique biodiversity and threatened species and ecological communities Temporary (Up to 30 June 202 full-time opportunity with the possibility for ongoing or further extension, dependent on future funding

- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $112,375 to $124,158 super

Join a collaborative team focused on building strategic partnerships that support biodiversity conservation across NSW. In this role, you'll work with government, community and private sector stakeholders to coordinate partnership initiatives, identify new opportunities and help deliver projects that create lasting environmental impact. You will join a collaborative and purpose-driven team that works across multiple disciplines to deliver meaningful environmental outcomes for communities, landscapes and biodiversity across NSW.

About You You're a collaborative relationship builder with strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination experience. You excel at developing partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering outcomes in complex environments. Organised, proactive and solutions-focused, you bring excellent communication skills and a passion for creating positive environmental and conservation outcomes

- Experience developing, managing and maintaining productive partnerships with government, private sector, community, philanthropic and/or non-government stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to build collaborative working relationships,



negotiate outcomes and influence stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating projects and partnership initiatives, including preparing proposals, reports, presentations, agreements, briefs and other supporting documentation.

Essential Requirements –

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience

It leads the way on climate change, driving the sustainable transition to a net zero economy, powered by affordable, reliable, and clean energy. DCCEEW conserves and protects the state’s natural environment.

It manages the NSW national park estate, including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations. DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state, to support the environment, communities and industry. We acknowledge the ongoing custodial responsibilities of the Aboriginal peoples of NSW to care for Country and water and are committed to establishing meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal peoples in the management of the environment.
