Windows & Doors branch is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality aluminium window and door projects across Far North Queensland. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate site activities, lead installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The Role

Build strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Supervise and coordinate site installers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specification

Conduct accurate site measurements and interpret architectural drawings

Manage materials, prepare work orders, and coordinate procurement

Provide hands-on support to installation teams when required

Monitor project performance against budgets, timelines and KPIs About You Proven experience in construction, glazing, or aluminium,



ideally progressed from a hands-on background

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and perform precise measurements

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork
