Role Description This role is a full time, on-site position based in Glenelg. The Administrator will manage daily office operations, including handling incoming calls and emails, maintaining records and databases, and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence. This role supports property and tenancy management activities by coordinating appointments, updating tenancy information, assisting with contract and compliance documentation, and liaising with tenants, families, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
The role will support invoicing, data entry, filing,
and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office workflows and timely service delivery. Collaboration with other team members to improve processes and uphold confidentiality and regulatory standards is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organisational skills, including experience with scheduling, document management, and data entry.
Proficiency with office software and digital tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, email platforms, and customer or tenancy databases.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with tenants, families, colleagues, and external partners.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, document preparation, and compliance-related tasks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work reliably in an on-site team environment.
Understanding of or willingness to learn about NDIS, SDA, and real estate regulatory requirements in SA and NT.
Previous experience in property management, tenancy administration, disability services, or real estate is highly regarded but not essential.
Relevant vocational training or a certificate in business administration, office management, or a related field is beneficial.
